When a contract is needed

A tourist rental contract is always recommended. For stays under 30 days, registration is not required, but a written contract protects both parties.

Required contents

Owner and guest details, property description, stay dates, payment terms, deposit, max guests, house rules, CIR/CIN references, privacy clause. We use standardised contracts for all managed properties.
