Landing tax on Elba Island: guide for short-term rental owners

Elba Island has a landing tax (imposta di sbarco), not a tourist accommodation tax. It is collected by the ferry company when guests buy their ticket — maximum €2.50 per person per landing. Property owners have no collection obligation.
