You get read-only access to platform calendars, a detailed monthly report and a contact reachable via WhatsApp. We send you photos after every clean if you want.

Do you also manage smaller or mid-range properties?

Yes, as long as the property is in decent shape and in an area with demand. You don't need a villa with a pool: well-located studios and one-bedrooms in Portoferraio or Capoliveri perform very well.

When is the best time to start?

The best window is October to February, so we're ready for the season with well-positioned listings. But we can also launch a property in three weeks if the house is ready.
