Frequently Asked Questions About Fees
Does the commission include cleaning fees?
Depends on the package. In Full and Premium Management, cleaning is included in the commission. In Co-Host, we coordinate cleaning but it's billed separately to guests or the owner by agreement.
Is the commission calculated on gross or net revenue?
Commission is calculated on gross rental revenue, net of platform fees (e.g. Airbnb commission). We don't apply commissions on tourist tax or security deposits.
Can I switch between packages?
Yes, you can change packages at any time with 30 days notice. Many owners start with Co-Host and switch to Full Management after seeing results.
Are there exit costs?
No. We don't impose long-term contractual obligations. You can stop the service with agreed notice (generally 30-60 days), honouring already confirmed bookings.
Is professional photography included?
In Full and Premium Management packages, the first photography session is included. Subsequent renewals (e.g. after renovation) are at an agreed additional cost.
How do I receive payments?
Revenue is credited monthly to your account, net of commission. You receive a detailed statement with each booking, gross amount, commission withheld and bank transfer made.
