You have 24/7 access to the owner dashboard where you can see bookings, calendar, revenue and property status. After each stay we photograph the property and the report is available online. You can also contact us any time via WhatsApp or email.
What happens in an emergency?
Our team is available 24/7. For breakdowns or urgent problems we respond within 30 minutes with our local network. We update you immediately and only ask your approval for extraordinary work that exceeds an agreed spending threshold.
Do I need to come to the island to start the service?
Not necessarily. An initial inspection is needed but can be done on our side with a video call presentation. Many remote owners have started the service without visiting in person.
How are the property keys managed?
We use combination key safes or smart locks. Physical keys are kept securely at our offices. Access is tracked and documented.
Can I still use the property for my own holidays?
Of course. Block the dates you want on the shared calendar. We recommend planning ahead to preserve bookings in peak season, but your home is always available for personal use.
How do I receive payments from abroad?
Payments are made via international bank transfer (SEPA or SWIFT) every month, with a detailed statement attached. We also handle any tax communications required by Italian law.
